- What happens if I buy multiple yardage of one print?
Whenever possible, we will cut your fabric as one large piece. If this is not possible (ie. a limited quantity of that particular print) we will email you and let you know.
- Where will my order come from?
Orders are shipped from our studio in Toronto, Canada.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed and sent out within 3 business days of receipt. It will take one to two weeks to receive your order, depending on U.S customs.
- How is shipping calculated?
We establish shipping charges based on weight. We find this way saves you money since you will only pay what it costs to send.
- How do I know how much shipping will cost?
Once you've put items into your cart, you can click 'check out' to see exactly what your shipping charge will be. You will be able to see the total before confirming your order.
- How do I pay for my orders?
Payment is done through PayPal. It is a very secure and dependable way to send instant payments. After you submit your order, please click on the PayPal link to complete payment. If you have any questions, please email us. We'll be more than happy to help!
- What is your return policy?
Since our fabric is custom cut, we can only accept returns if there was an error in your order.
We accept returns on clothing if notified within 3 days of receipt. Please email us and let us know why you would like to return/exchange your item. We will then send you a return code for you to include with the item.
Please use an insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. A store credit will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned item.
